Caterina Allessandra

The only extant work by this composer is Se Viver Non Posso, a song for voice, violin and keyboard. Because of the similarity of names, she has been confused with Catterina Assandra, a sixteenth century nun who was the first Italian nun to publish an entire collection of music.
