Description
This groundbreaking collection of Korean songs includes background information, translations, IPA guides and QR codes linking to recordings of each song as well as the text pronunciation. Soprano Raejin Lee and composer Jean Ahn have collected traditional Korean folk songs in collaboration with traditional folk singers. They then reinterpreted the songs for voice and piano. The resources included in the collection allow non-Korean speaking singers to learn and perform the songs and reach beyond the cultural boundaries of traditional vocal repertoire.
