Description
for violin (flute)and harpsichord (piano)
This charming three movement work is typical of the accompanied keyboard sonata of the late 18th century in that it makes only modest demands of the flute player (or violinist), while requiring far greater skill from the pianist/harpsichordist. Undoubtedly, Sophia Dussek performed the keyboard part of this work herself.
